Shanghai katalor heavy steel plate fabrication facilities are set up to manufacture heavy industrial components, ASME Code pressure vessel components and heavy wall pipe fabrications. We have many years of experience in fabricating high quality heavy wall pipe, steel plate and alloy components.We fabricate metal tubes of length up to 27 feet. Mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum are among the materials we use to produce these tubular components.

We also offer carbon and alloy pipe fabrications, pressure vessel repair services, large bore heavy wall pipe fabrication, engineering services, heat treating services and pressure vessel alterations. We offer heavy pipe fabrication work for a wide range of heavy carbon steel and alloy steel components and heavy structural components. We build custom ASME pressure vessels to the exact drawing specifications submitted by our customers and have the required certifications
